Cook Read Review is happy to accept, at my own discretion, e- and print-ARCs, -galleys, and -books for review consideration from publicists, authors, agents, etc. Please note my book review policy before contacting me.
I am always happy to hear from publishers and authors about books, but unfortunately, I cannot make guarantees about reviews. As much as I love this blog, I have a full-time job which prevents me from being able to spend as much time as I’d like on it.
For my eReader, I use an iPad with the kindle app and the iBooks app. I cannot promise that I will review every book I receive.
What I Like:
While my interest may change, I am generally interested in the following categories:
- Fantasy
- Space Opera
- Sci-Fi
- Romance
What I don’t like:
- Non- fiction
- Historical fiction
- Children’s
- Short stories
I do reserve the right to not finish an ARC or review copy, and also not post a review if I do not feel comfortable doing so.
Ratings are done one a one to five star basis.
Each book must have mentioned at least one food item for me to review it.
